HyperTerra was confounded by President & CEO, David Akkurt, and Vice president George Akkurt in 2000. Our projects have ranged from residential to industrial to commercial developments. We have tremendous knowledge and know how in the real-estate business ranging from residential housing, land acquisition, marketing & sales to purchasing, construction and administration.

We had a simple dream; we wanted to give the same joy that we got when we bought our first piece of land. Finally we were able to realize this dream. We have given to many the chance to own their own piece of land. We are here to continue to do what we started.
